Introduction

M/s. Jen Pharma Products Pvt. Ltd. is  a  registered  private  limited company 
with a  manufacturing  facility at  plot  No. 40, New Chemical Zone, M.I.D.C.,
Taloja- 410 208,   Dist- Raigad,  Maharashtra  State,  India  and   having  an 
administrative   office  at   No. 2,  Mira Darshan, Tejpal  Road,  Vile Parle (E), 
Mumbai-400 057. The  Company  was  incorporated  in 1995  and commercial 
activities commenced in April 1998.

Activities of the Company

The  company  is  engaged in the  processing of various high value  industrial
products for a  wide  spectrum of  reputed  industries. The  company  has  a
most  modern processing  with  automatic  spray drying  plant  at  Taloja  for 
the  processing  of  the  mentioned  products. The  products  are  processed 
exclusively on job-work basis with long-term contracts with the various major
multinational client industries.

Brief Description of Process

The client supplies the raw material, which is preprocessed, and subsequently
this is spray dried in our automatic spray drying plant to a granular  powder &
then further extruded   into   noodles  as   per  specific,  client  requirements.
During the entire processing, contamination of  the final product is avoided as
the  plant has  automatic product  conveying  systems. The  final  processed
product undergoes rigid quality control checks & then the  material is suitably
packed and returned  back  to  the  client unit. The entire processing is done
under a job- work contract.
